Shorter Mansion
340 North Eufaula Ave
Completed in 1906, The Shorter Mansion was built by Eli Sims Shorter and Wileyna Lamar of Macon. Wileyna was the heiress to the SSS Tonic Fortune and Eli was a cotton broker. It is an excellent example of Neoclassical Revival Architecture. The home was purchased at auction from the Shorter family in 1965 at auction for $33,000.00. The Shorter Mansion is listed on the National Historic register. -
Fendall Hall
917 Barbour Street
This impressive Italianate country villa style home was built in 1860 by Edward B. and Ann Fendall Beall Young, and has served as a home for 5 generations. Fendall Hall is now a historic site of the Alabama Historic Commission. It has 3 rooms of the finest Victorian-era murals as any house in America, and the black & white marble floor tiles are original to the home and still in place today.

Rasberry Home
1409 Country Club Road
This cottage gem was built in the early 1950’s. In 1960’s, an addition was completed with a den and master bedroom added. The original exterior was stucco. Mrs. Amy Rasberry is an avid collector of things she loves. In particular, a collection of Christopher Radko ornaments that she started in 2021. The collection of silver ornaments given to her son each year by his godparents, and cross-stitch ornaments made by her great aunt, along with a collection of Santas made by local Eufaulian artist, Joan Mixon. This sweet home is dearly loved by the young family and their precious son.

Benavides Home

Built in 1952, this New Orleans style home is the place to be for Christmas inspiration. With their eclectic style, The Benavides family enjoys Christmas more than anyone. The children decorate their own trees and you see the family’s travels through their ornament collections. The one-story brick home has a large porch, pool and a pool house.

Bargewell Home
1586 Barbour Lane
Eldon and Marian Bargewell moved into their home on Barbour Lane in 2005. Marian was born and raised in Eufaula and she and Eldon retired here after serving 40 years in the army. This traditional home was built in 1972. It is furnished with antiques that were purchased during assignments in Germany and The Netherlands. Marian loves the Christmas season and she welcomes you into her home to enjoy her collection of Christmas decorations. -
Regina’s Cottage
107 Bullock Circle
This adorable cottage, owned by a local Eufaula designer, was built in the early 1900’s. It is quaint and private in the heart of downtown Eufaula. Regina loves to have visitors in her home and her “SheShed” is the best. You have to see this house to see what Christmas is all about.

Taylor Home
208 Merion Drive
Built in 2009, this stately ranch style home is owned by Bobby and Delillah Taylor and boasts an exquisite blend of modern and traditional features. The Taylor family bought the home in 2015 and updated the interior, as well as the exterior by adding a pool to entertain grandkids and spend as much time as possible enjoying one of the most beautiful views of Lake Eufaula. Each room will have a touch of Christmas magic. Do not to miss the formal dining room decor, featuring Delillah’s collection of Blue Willow, as well as the living room tree, complete with the grandkids’ favorite, an old- fashioned train.

Packer & Bray Home

Monique Packer and Kevin Bray moved from the D.C. area to small town life and bought this home in 2021. This Queen Anne style home was built between 1870-1875. It is a one-story home with plain weatherboard siding and a flat roof over a porch supported by three classic columns connected to the balustrades. Christmas is their favorite holiday and a visit to this historic charmer is a must!
